Overview:
- There are 13 Shared Conference rooms within the AGLS Building Complex
- All rooms can be scheduled automatically via the Enterprise Exchange System
- Each room has a designated room manager (see Conference Room Listing Below)
- All rooms have the same identical computer hardware and software configuration
- AgriLife Information Technology has been asked to maintain and manage all the systems and peripheral equipment
- Special requests regarding computer configuration and software should be sent directly to the Director of IT Office (akurk@tamu.edu)
