Geoff Pofahl receives Outstanding Dissertation Award:: Former PhD student, Geoff Pofahl, will receive the Outstanding Dissertation Award from the Southern Agricultural Economics Association at their annual meeting in Dallas, TX, February 3-5, 2008. His dissertation is entitled "Essays on Horizontal Merger Simulation: The Curse of Dimensionality, Retail Price Discrimination, and Supply Channel Stage-games."
