About Dr. Siebert:
Dr. John Siebert is Professor of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. Dr. Siebert's teaching goal is to create student learning opportunities through close association with growth companies in the food industry. Dr. Siebert's research interests include the following topics: restaurants and food service, dairy, and undergraduate education.
