About Dr. Woodward:
Dr. Richard T. Woodward is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. His research is in the general area of environmental and resource economics. Recent research projects have focused on the use of transferable permits to address water quality and fisheries problems and problems of choice under uncertainty.
