About Dr. Davis:
Dr. Ernest E. Davis is Professor Emeritus and Director of the Center for Equine Business Studies in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. He received his B.S. in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, both from Texas A&M University. His previous research includes international trade in livestock and livestock products, marketing alternative evaluation, price risk management strategies, market outlook, and value added opportunities for Texas livestock and livestock products.
