They must be composed of at least three of the following:

When a password is initially set or changed, you cannot change it again for at least seven days.
The last eight passwords are remembered and cannot be reused. You are forced to change your password every 180 days.
You supply your own paper for printing to the Grad Lab printer.
A print quota system is enforced. The following quota is currently in effect:
- Spring Semester: 1000 pages
- Summer Semester: 500 pages
- Fall Semester: 1000 pages
Please note that there are two printer drivers installed for the laser printer. Use the default printer for all printing jobs EXCEPT when printing Adobe Acrobat (PDF) documents. For those, use the File|Print menu and select the PostScript printer driver (the one with the “PS” in its description). Otherwise, you *may* be over-charged on your print quota allocation.
If you exhaust your printing quota, you will need to see Vicki Heard.
To check to see how many pages you lave left, double-click the printer icon in your task tray (beside the clock) in the lower right-hand corner of your desktop or just hover your mouse-pointer over it.
