Dr. Cody Rose serves as Assistant Professor of Practice in Sales Management for the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University where he teaches professional selling and sales management in the Weston Agrifood Sales Program. He also serves as Head Coach of the Texas A&M Intercollegiate Ag Sales Team.
A sales educator and professional with 16+ years of senior-level sales management experience, Cody has built his career training salespeople and coaching nationally ranked sales organizations. He is both a Hall of Fame Inducted Sales Manager and NISOD Teaching Excellence Award Winner.
Cody is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2010, former Aggie Bandsmen, and near lifelong resident of Iola, Texas. Being born in Saskatchewan and raised in Iola, his connection to the agricultural community and rural life runs deep. And is reflected in his years of dedicated support to agricultural education programs, serving organizations such as the Grimes County Fair, HLSR Judging Contest Committee and Texas FFA.
