Professional Summary

Hunter is an owner of Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC in Bryan-College Station, and he currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for implementing the company’s business strategies, launching new ventures and initiatives, overseeing ongoing company operations, and developing synergistic business relationships. Hunter specializes in the asset management and development of commercial, multifamily and hospitality properties utilizing his extensive experience in construction management and business operations. He also is responsible for the asset management and operations of all hospitality properties in his role as Director of Hospitality.

Hunter’s service-to-others commitment is extraordinary. His involvement with the Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and Texas A&M University are exemplary. He is a stellar “Prof-for-a-Day” in several Agricultural Economics classes, is a member of the College of Agriculture Development Council, and is prominent in several activities for the University and Athletic Department. He and his partner, Casey Oldham ’02, are long-term supporters of the Rural Entrepreneurial Dreams event, annually providing meeting room facilities. His reputation among his athletic peers is notable. He is on the 12th Man Foundation Board of Directors and was elected as the President of the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association.

Hunter’s community services are equally noteworthy. He is actively engaged on the City of College Station Design Review Board, serving as Board Chair of the City of College Station Zoning Board of Adjustments, and is also Chair of the Convention Visitors Bureau Board. He is also quite active in Scotty’s House, a seven-county Child Advocacy Center located in College Station, serving on the Board of Directors and as a member of its Building Committee.
