AGLS Advising Hub
Academic advising is centralized through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Students in the Department of Agricultural Economics are served by AGLS Advising Hub. Our knowledgeable, skilled undergraduate advisors help students explore their interests, consider alternative majors, select courses, develop a degree plan, register for classes and meet degree requirements. Students can make an appointment with their advisor at any time.
For academic advising on graduate coursework and steps to graduation, graduate students should work primarily with their faculty advisor. However, our graduate advisor can serve as a resource for helping you navigate your graduate program.
Schedule a Meeting through Navigate
To meet with an advisor, students should schedule an appointment using the Navigate Student App or Navigate Online Portal. Students can visit the advisor directory to view each advisor’s individualized Navigate scheduling link.
Preparing for a Meeting
To prepare for a meeting, undergraduate students are encouraged to bring a list of questions or issues they would like to discuss. If they need assistance with their schedule or long-term planning, students should bring a draft schedule or tentative class list along. Students are encouraged to be kind and arrive on time!
