Lucas Garcia, Ph.D. is an instructional assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University located in McAllen, TX. Garcia’s research interests focus on policy adherence and implementation analysis that apply self-determination theory concepts. Public policy is the center of this research and Garcia is actively seeking new research topics and projects with his colleagues.
